 Sometimes  you just have to keep going  and  trust that the universe  will give you  what you deserve.

Finding the Balance: When Knowledge Guides Life, the Right Path Appears.”

Image
Modern Science and Traditional Knowledge: It Is Important to Understand the Difference Between Right and Wrong We are people of the modern age. We should not encourage outdated or rigid thinking. We should move with time and adopt technology. All these things are absolutely true. But this does not mean that we should completely ignore the traditions of India and the teachings of India's Vedas and Puranas. We must understand that superstition is a bad thing, but belief is a good thing. We cannot accept that any person can predict our future with 100% accuracy, because it is not possible for anyone to know the future completely. However, just like we go for a routine health checkup every year, it helps us understand our current condition and what we should take care of in the future — such as what to eat and what not to eat. In the same way, the Vedas of India also describe certain methods, such as examining the body's nerves to understand the condition of the mind and body, whic...

Sometimes, Being Alone Is the Greatest Form of Healing

Image
Hayat :  A Life Where Even Loneliness Feels Peaceful There was a place where only one girl lived. There was no one else there, yet there was immense peace. Her parents had taken her there. That place was an island in the middle of the sea. She lived there alone—no people, no noise, no need for showing off, no spectacle—just peace and calm. She was so tired of the world and people that she was only searching for that kind of life. She did not want anyone to be around her. Every morning she would wake up and spend her day in her small but peaceful home. Her house had three rooms—one where she slept, one for books and study, and the kitchen was also very beautiful. In the hall, she would lie on the sofa and keep writing or reading something till late at night, and she would increase her knowledge. After waking up in the morning, she would first get ready, then go to her courtyard, where she had planted fifteen types of fruit trees. She would pluck some fruits from them, put them in he...

Who Is Really Right?

Your decisions always shape your life they can either build it or break it. But when it comes to making decisions, we often make mistakes, or we avoid deciding because of fear. Instead, we pass that responsibility to someone else—parents, siblings, a partner, or anyone close to us. We think, “I can’t decide, so they will choose what’s right for me.” But does that really always work? Sometimes our thinking is right, and we turn out to be correct. Other times, our family or loved ones tell us we are wrong, and we get upset with them. We stick strongly to our own decision, but sometimes they are actually right. On the other hand, there are times when trusting others leads us in the right direction—and times when that same trust leads us the wrong way. That’s why it becomes so difficult to know who is right and who is wrong. In this confusion, we even end up making friends and enemies. When we are right, we become arrogant. When someone else’s advice turns out to be right, we start blind...

Two Voices, One Mind

Image
The Fight Between Who You Are and What You Feel There was a place no one could see. Not a world. Not a body. A mind. Inside it, there were two. They were not enemies at first. They were allies against the world. One was calm and cold. Silent. Measured. A ruler of restraint. He carried balance like law and mercy like a burden. The other was anger. Fire given form. Emotion without filter. He held courage, fury, and the will to strike back. Together, they fought the world — and they won. When the world attacked, anger stood in front. When the world pushed too far, calm decided how far to answer. Strength and restraint moved as one. Until the world took something it should never have touched. Anger had a beloved one. A presence that softened the fire. A reason to believe the fight had meaning. That presence died. Not by fate — by cruelty. Something inside anger shattered. Grief turned into rage. Rage turned into a promise. Let them all pay. Anger no longer saw faces — only guilt. Not just ...

people change....because sometimes they have to

people don't change suddenly... they break first   Sometimes life breaks you so deeply that you forget who you are. Every day starts to feel heavy. Your mind is full of stress, your heart is full of pain, and inside you there is a strange silence. Divorce, anxiety, stress… these are not just words. They slowly make a person empty from within. Some people come into our lives and awaken the child inside us. They bring back our innocence, our happiness, and make us feel loved. They make us feel alive again. But we never imagine that the same people can one day take us away from ourselves. While expecting love from someone else, we slowly start begging for it. What once was love turns into something that feels like asking for attention and care. Nights become sleepless, filled with thoughts — “What is happening to me?” Even when we are in pain, we keep loving our partner. We give our 100%, and sometimes even more — we try to give their share of love too, just to fill the emptiness...
